Any unwanted goods. Customers must return within 14 days of receipt. Log online stating whether you would like an exchange or you would like your money back. Then we will refund you based on your proof of purchase.


LADIES CLOTHING ONLINE RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the items you purchase, return them the way they were sold to you, in its original condition within 14 days starting from the date shown on your receipt.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Before returning any product, you must let us know. In order to do this you must log onto My Accounts, My Orders to view your order history. Then select the relevant order and click on the item you want to return. After selecting all the items you wish to return then choose a return reason and click Add to return list.
Please note that you need to attach a copy of your returns number and invoice in the return package and that the package must then be returned to the Post Office Counter.


RETURN THE PARCEL

The item which was purchased should be repacked the same way as it was received. When returning the package, it must be returned to a Post Office counter. Also obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office, as this will act as your proof of you returning the product.
Please note that the return of the package is the customer’s responsibility, until we receive the package. We advise customers to use a delivery service where they can track down their return. Also note the cost of the return of the package is customer’s responsibility.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges can take up to 5/10 days to be processed. We can only exchange the same product for a different size or colour.


REFUNDS

Products must be returned the way they were sent off and received by you. They must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Once the product has been received the product will be checked and then an email will be sent letting you know we have received and took course of action. After receiving the email it will take up to 5/10 working days for the refund to be processed to your account.

Please note that if the product is returned because it is not the one you ordered or it is not suitable, or if you are returning a product because it is unnecessary we will not give the amount you paid for the delivery back.
