YOU’RE STATUS
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
After placing an order you will receive an email from us regarding the order we received from you. However this does not mean that your order has been accepted, all orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We will send you a confirmation email of acceptance that your order has been accepted. If for any reason if you made a mistake whilst ordering and your order has been processed, you will be able to amend your order. Please return the products to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
When ordering you declare that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services are true and correct. There are funds to cover the cost of the goods, also that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to make your order.
Please note that it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to any of your personal details as soon as possible.
COLOUR REPRODUCTION
Ladies Online Clothing designers take great amount of care with the colours. The individual colour settings of your computer screen may mean a bit of a difference. A lot of care has been taken into making the descriptions as accurate and specific as possible.
THINGS THAT ARE UNACCEPTABLE
You will not commit a criminal offence or pass on a virus or hack into any side of the service. You must not misuse this website. Also you must not cause annoyance to other users; you must not send any advertising or promotional material.
Ladies clothing online will report any violations to the related law enforcement systems and will reveal your identity to them. We will not be legally responsible for any damage or loss caused by viruses or any other harmful material that may cause problems to your computer programs, data etc, caused by downloading any products from our website.
PAYMENT AND COST
Prices of each product shall be shown on the website. Delivery charges will be shown separately when ordering. When receiving an order we check on your payment card to ensure there is enough money to complete the transaction. Products will not be sent off until this check has been completed.
We try to ensure that all information, descriptions and prices are correct. If we notice a mistake in prices of the products which you have ordered we will notify you as soon as possible. We will give you the option of cancelling the order or re ordering at the correct price. If we are not capable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you have already paid for the products which have been cancelled, you will receive back the amount you paid for the products, however not the amount you paid for delivery charges.
Payment for all products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment via PAYPAL.
