Ladies Clothing Online’s policy is to deliver the right goods that customers order and to deliver those goods at the right time. Things do tend to go wrong from time to time; however we intend on resolving matters as soon as possible if things were to occur.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Please send your return back to Ladies Clothing Online within 14 days from the delivery date. Once we receive your return we will email you with confirmation informing you that we have received it.
If you will want an exchange we will exchange the product in a different colour and size. If you want a refund we will process your refund within 48hours of receiving it.
Please note refunds can take up to 5-10 working days before showing in your account.
IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT RIGHT OR IF IT IS FAULTY
Please email us at customerservices@ladiesclothingonline.co.uk and we will email you stating that we will pay for your delivery cost; also we will offer you 10% off your next order.
IF YOUR ORDER IS LATE
Please email us at customerservices@ladiesclothingonline.co.ukand we will refund you your delivery cost.
